  • HACCP certification: Our factories have acquired HACCP certifications, which prove our ingredients are manufactured in a hygienic and safe environment.
  • Nutrition: RE:NERGY helps digestion, as it has 2.8 times less gluten and 20 times more edible fiber than flour. The product is also high in protein, enabling you to create food products that meet high protein content demands. 
  • Taste and flavor: When used in food products, RE:NERGY can create flavors comparable to naturally fermented whole wheat or sourdough, strengthening their tastes.
  • Food (malt flour, wheat bran powder, barley malt powder, red ginseng fiber powder): Hamburger patty, pasta, pizza dough, bread, cookie, biscuit, etc.

We entered into exclusive free byproduct supply contracts with Korea's largest beer manufacturers as well as craft sikhye/beer breweries.
